Diversity Sampling Program a Hit
with 10,000 Bags Distributed!

For less than 28 cents per sample, vendors were able to participate in our Diversity Sampling Program that distributed bags to 10,000 women at African American events in large markets around the country. CosPro Diversity Ambassadors handed out 2,000 drawstring bags at five multicultural parades and festivals between June and October. Each bag contained beauty samples and a coupon book. Events included the Taste of Soul in Los Angeles, the African American Day Parade in Harlem, NY, the Black Women’s Expo in Washington D.C. and more!

Attendance at each event ranged from 50,000 to 900,000. Excitement abounds at each festival. Jay-Z’s Tidal X: Brooklyn concert featured Jennifer Lopez, Stevie Wonder and Daddy Yankee, and all proceeds benefited charities including the recent hurricane victims. Music and flags filled the streets of Harlem for the African American Day Parade. Festival go-ers of all ages were happy to receive the sample bags and see what was inside. CosPro had a team of five demonstrators interacting with attendees and handing out gift bags.

At one event we were told that the bags were the “best giveaways at the festival”. Attendees were familiar with most of the brands and many mentioned that they were super excited to try these products. The program was a success with brands benefiting from the opportunity to place their samples right in the hands of their target demographic.

Beauty Experts Distribute 3,500 Samples During Demo, Sell Almost 600 Products!

Cosmetic_Promotions_DemonstrationCosPro Agency’s Beauty Experts executed a demonstration at almost 100 stores nationwide featuring L’Oréal’s RevitaLift Anti-Aging skincare products. The Beauty Experts handed out sample cards and shared their knowledge of the RevitaLift line with customers. Shoppers enjoyed demonstrations of the products and were happy to be able to try the products before purchase. More than 3,500 samples were distributed and 1,000 product demonstrations completed with over 2,000 coupons given out as an incentive for shoppers to purchase during the demonstration. The 4-hour event resulted in almost 600 products sold! Beauty Experts created inviting table displays including easel cards, product sample cards, coupons and display products to attract shoppers. New Beverly Hills Drugstore
Grand Opening Celebration Event a Success

bevhillsBeauty Experts from CosPro Agency executed events over five days for a grand opening celebration at a new store in Beverly Hills, CA. The event featured nail polish changes with Sally Hansen nail enamels; makeovers using Rimmel, NYC, and CoverGirl cosmetics; and fragrance demonstrations of Katy Perry’s Killer Queen.

Shoppers were eager to see the new store and loved receiving the demonstrations. Beauty Experts created hype around the event and encouraged customers to enter a basket raffle giveaway each day.

The event resulted in more than 80 of the participating products being sold throughout the event! Our Professional Makeup Artists completed 47 makeovers and 43 polish changes for happy shoppers. Customers also loved sampling Katy Perry’s Killer Queen fragrance and over 100 blotter cards were distributed. Our Makeup Artists also trained the store employees on all the products to help with future sales.
